Thinking positively and being grateful

So that’s what it feels like to have no internet connection for two entire weeks… I suspect it’s much like living in the middle of no where, with limited access to the world. Hmm, thank goodness for coping – wine and I’m so glad that it has all been resolved now! I was beginning to feel very removed from many things that I love. I was also wondering how you all were?? So do tell me, what’s been going on in your life?

A very honest snap of our living room during School holidays… home will always be where ever these guys are.

I also thought that I would share quick snap of our new digs… so you can picture exactly where I am ;-).

This view is very special and is what I first fell in love with at this house…

Bare in mind – life will be a work in progress here for sometime… having said that, I’ve decided to make a conscious effort to focus on what is positive and lovely already as I feel it’s so very important to be grateful for the simple things! When you’re tired (especially after a big move sort of tired), it’s super easy to fall into seeing what is not exactly working for you instead of what is. The simple truth is, that every home has its imperfections and whilst fulfilling the potential of this home is important to me – so too is doing it right and taking my time to make good decisions. I want the “journey of making this house into a home’ to be a loving and thoughtful one… Do you have any heartfelt wishes for your home so that you can enjoy it more? Do tell me, maybe I can help!
